Experience your first Acroyoga @Duxton

Acroyoga (Acro), as the name implies, is a combination of Acrobatics, Yoga and Healing Art.

There are 2 elements in Acro, namely Solar & Lunar: Solar is the acrobatics practice that cultivate trust and teamwork between partners whereas Lunar is the therapeutic practice that cultivates healing and Thai massage.

Acro not only builds strength but also helps create spatial awareness and improves communication between partners.

Join us and experience the wonders of this beautiful practice for yourself! No prior experience needed.

Evening Yoga @Duxton

Looking to reduce stress and improve your overall well-being?

Yoga is a mind, body & soul workout that leaves you feeling energetic, refreshed & renewed. It focuses on strengthening your centre to improve balance, posture & strengthen muscles.

The class is open to all levels.

Zumba Kids @ East Coast Park

This September school holiday, why not give your child the opportunity to grooooove!

The classes are specially crafted to bring the joy of movement, music and dance to children of all ages. With catchy beats and lively tunes that resonate with kids, the classes will have your child excited to dance and stay active. Children will experience dance as a dynamic journey filled with games, interactive moves and creative activities. The goal is to get the kids moving and grooving to the rhythm, improving their physical, mental and emotional wellbeing!

FREE! Dance Fitness @ Bukit Panjang

Join us for an energetic and fun-filled dance fitness event happening at Bukit Panjang. Get ready to groove to the rhythm and burn some calories while having a great time with friends and fellow fitness enthusiasts. Whether you are a seasoned dancer or a beginner, this event is suitable for everyone. Don't worry if you have two left feet! This event is all about having fun and enjoying the music.

KpopX (17, 31 Aug) Fitness is a trendy K-Pop workout that simplifies modern K-Pop dance and combines with fitness exercises to sweat it out in a fun and easy way. No dance background is needed, and it is suitable for young and old. Come and try this Easy, Popular, Intense & Creative workout and create an E.P.I.C experience! Fighting!

Zumba (24 Aug) is an interval workout. The class moves between high and low intensity dance moves designed to get your heart rate up and boost cardio endurance. You’ll get a great workout that melts fat, strengthens your core and improves flexibility.

FREE! National Day Yoga Week @ Bukit Canberra

Looking to reduce stress and improve your overall well-being? Try Yoga! Our gentle classes focus on physical postures, breathing exercises, and meditation to promote relaxation, flexibility, and strength.

​

In celebration of National Day, we are conducting free Yoga classes at Bukit Canberra during the National Day Week, 7-11 August!

​

These sessions are open to all levels of yoga students and will be led by an experienced yoga teacher. No prior yoga experience is necessary.

​
